Information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196\/03 – Code regarding the protection of personal data<\/p>

Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 protects the confidentiality of personal data and imposes a series of obligations on those who process information referring to other subjects.<\/p>

Purpose of processing<\/p>

Personal data is collected, subject to your free and specific consent, for the purposes indicated below:<\/p>

purposes related to the institutional or business activities of the writer;
statistical purposes and measurement of satisfaction levels, commercial communication including interactive communication through electronic means (e.g. e-mail, mms, sms) and sending promotional-advertising material, promotion and sale of products and services also by affiliated and\/or controlled and\/or controlling companies or third parties;
inclusion in databases, for participation in games, prize competitions, lotteries, prize events, including through the use of social networks and similar platforms;
any other purpose strictly connected and instrumental to the provision of promotional services;<\/p>

Your free and specific consent is necessary so that your personal data can be processed for the purposes indicated above.
Processing methods<\/p>

The data will be processed mainly with electronic and computer tools and stored both on computer media and on paper media and on any other suitable type of media, by subjects specifically appointed for this purpose, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Disciplinary on minimum security measures, Annex B of Legislative Decree. 196\/2003. The data may also be processed in countries not belonging to the “European Union and, for this processing to be carried out, your express consent is required or, if sensitive data is involved, in written form. (Art. 43 of Legislative Decree 196\/2003)
Mandatory or optional nature of data provision and consequence of refusing to respond.<\/p>

The communication of your personal data, required for the implementation of the processing purposes indicated in point 1 of this information notice, is not mandatory, however, it is necessary and essential – always respecting the principles of relevance and non-excess – for the purpose of submitting this request; any refusal to provide the data, in fact, will not allow the Data Controller to receive your request and therefore to provide for its timely and correct management.
Subjects to whom personal data may be communicated<\/p>

Personal data may be communicated to:<\/p>

Employees and collaborators of the Data Controller as data processing managers and operators; the appointed staff has been duly instructed on security and protection of personal data and the right to privacy.
Trusted individuals or legal entities, residing in the National territory, in the European Union or outside the “European Union, who perform processing and\/or organizational services or activities complementary, instrumental or supportive to the institutional and commercial activities of the Data Controller on behalf of and in the interest of the Data Controller.
State bodies responsible for verifying and controlling the regularity of accounting and tax compliance required by law.<\/p>

In any case, the prohibition remains on communicating or disseminating your personal data to subjects not necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 1 of this information notice.
Sensitive and judicial data.<\/p>

The processing will not concern personal data falling within the category of “sensitive” data, that is data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing health status and sex life. The processing will not concern data of a judicial nature or personal data suitable for revealing measures referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, letters a) to o) and r) to u), of Presidential Decree No. 313 of November 14, 2002, regarding the judicial records, the register of administrative sanctions dependent on crime and the related pending charges, or the status of accused or investigated pursuant to articles 60 and 61 of the code of criminal procedure.
Rights of the data subject<\/p>

We inform you that you may exercise, free of charge and at any time, the rights provided for by art. 7 and following of Legislative Decree no. 196\/2003 to which reference is made, by request made without formality to the Data Controller.<\/p>

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the aforementioned Article 7, you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
